Can I Click & Collect

Custom Prints can be collected in the Hornsby Showroom within 2 hours of the order being processed. If your order is urgent, please give the Kaieda team a call on 0429 226 372 to confirm it will be available. Frames and other products may be available within2 hours subject to availbility. Please also give us a call if you need to collect urgently.

How much is Delivery?

For any orders over $75, we ship for free! Express shipping is $15. Standard shipping is $11.50.

When will my Order be Dispatched?

Personalised Print Orders processed before 10am will be dispatched on the same day. If we do not have stock of an item you will be advised at the time of ordering. Note: Some of our frames are made to order.

Will you contact Me if my photos are blurry?

Of course! Our team look at the prints before they are printed. If the quality will not be suffice our team will contact you prior to printing and will request a higher resolution image or will request another photo.
