You can drop your tapes off if you're a Sydney local. Alternatively you can send your tapes to us by courier. Once you process your order the Kaieda team will reach out to you to confirm the next steps.

How much is Delivery?

For any orders over $75, we ship for free! Express shipping is $15. Standard shipping is $11.50.

How long does it take to restore my videos or scan my photos?

Video and photo restoration and preservation timelines differ depending on the quantities of the job and current workload. Please let us know if you job is required by a certain date and we will let you know if we can complete the job within your requested time frame.

Will you contact me if my videos or photos are not able to be restored or archived?

Of course! Our team look at the quality before we complete the job. If the quality will not be suffice our team will contact you prior and will recommend the next best step.
